We supply EPCS for all Commercial Properties with an established expertise in the Hospitality & Leisure Sectors. The potential sale or letting of a commercial property triggers the requirement for an EPC; at the same time other documents such as an Asbestos Survey, Lease Plan and Fire Risk Assessments, Inventory Listings etc. are also often required, we are able to supply these and please use the navigation panel to the side to access the full range of services that we offer.

We are used to working to deadlines and will work the hours to deliver these documents with very tight timescales if required. We concentrate primarily on licensed property but we can deal with all commercial properties and we currently work closely with a number of Agents, Pub Companies, Accountants and Solicitors.
