If you require information about Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for Commercial Properties or you think you need an EPC for your Commercial Property then you've come to the right place.

We supply EPCS for all Commercial Properties with an established expertise in the Hospitality & Leisure Sectors. The potential sale or letting of a commercial property triggers the requirement for an EPC; at the same time other documents such as an Asbestos Survey, Lease Plan and Fire Risk Assessments, Inventory Listings etc. are also often required, we are able to supply these and please use the navigation panel to the side to access the full range of services that we offer.

It is the action of selling, letting or construction that triggers the requirement for an EPC. It is a legal requirement and the legislation states that it must be provided to prospective purchasers. Existing occupiers and tenants will not require an EPC unless you sell, assign or sublet your interest.
